Terms & Conditions

1) Entering any service will deem users to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2) Our services are only open to residents of the UK. Refunds will not be issued should a user incur a cost in participating if they are outside of this boundary.

3) To enter our services simply send your answer/question to 82070. If you enter our services you will be charged your standard network rate to join, plus you will be billed a maximum of £3.00 To be removed from our database simply send the word STOP to 87070, or call us on 0844 448 7767, alternatively you can email help@ukcustomersupport.com

4) All individuals must have the permission of the bill payer before entering our services by SMS.

5) IMM-Mobile will issue no refunds or recourse for misdialed numbers or mistyped keywords..

6) All entrants personal information remains the property of IMM-Mobile and will not be sold, passed on, or used by any third party for any purpose. IMM-Mobile will only submit personal details to governmental bodies, police forces, regulators or networks should information be required to assist in any investigations concerning breach of regulations or illegal activity. IMM-Mobile will only submit information in response to written requests from any of the above parties.

7) IMM-Mobile cannot be held liable for system failures on websites, mobile networks, or email systems. IMM-Mobile will always endeavor to minimise the effect to the participant in the event of such failures.

8) In the event of an enquiry or complaint, please  call 0844 448 7767 or write to IMM-Mobile, Suite 145, Wey House, 15 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8NA. We will endeavor to respond to all enquiries within five working days.

9) For competition services opening date is 24th July 2009 and closes 31st August 2009. Entrants will not be charged after the closing date but will not be entered into the competition. Winners will be notified by SMS within 28 days of the closing date.
